Being aware can give you new incite, perspective, and ultimately control and direction in life. Who knows who you could’ve been or could be if you allowed yourself to be aware of your paths? Let’s dive in.
Intro
If we go in very deep, it can be argued that space and time are themselves, an illusion. But for our purposes, we will work with the feelings we experience, because although they might not be what reality is at its core, they are very useful concepts that when understood, can greatly raise our awareness in and of Life.
When it comes to space and time, simply, everything that happens in space takes time. When there is no time, then that space is either considered frozen, or unable to exist at all. There is no motion, no activity whatsoever. We measure time by measuring changes in space because that is what we can observe. So if we can see time through space, and if time is the 4th dimension, then we are beyond 3 dimensional as most think. This alone raises the awareness of your existence before seriously getting into anything. There are more dimensions to explore of course but we’ll focus on the first 4 today.

Body
Being aware is extremely important to being considerate, to being intelligent, to being anything in general. To be aware is to have knowledge or at least a notion of what’s happening in a situation or in your surroundings. If I am aware there is a shooter in a building, I’m not going to go in the building. If I am aware that someone is a liar, then I’m not going to divulge certain information with them. Awareness can be used in every moment of your life, making it not only useful, but also connects you to the world around you. This connection allows for you to not only to define who you are but how you want to interact with the world around you, which will define your path and your growth.
To be spatially aware means to Know or to be cognizant of the space around you and the space you occupy. This is very important because this affects your interaction with the world around you. If you are not aware of what’s going on around you, and omitting your environment from your perception, you now open yourself up to more conflict. These conflicts over time can put you in a state of victim hood because you will feel like things are happening to you, when a lot of the time, if you looked and listened, you, metaphorically, wouldn’t have gotten hit by that truck when you crossed the street. It’s like, when you’re driving home at night, and see someone swerving around on the road, you stay away from them because you are aware that they could be drunk driving and that their movement is unpredictable. Everything in life isn’t avoidable and we cannot be aware of everything all at once, but being consciously aware of what we can, can improve our situations and our overall lives a great amount.
Temporal awareness goes hand in hand with spatial awareness, as does space and time. If everything in space takes time, knowing the time space takes can be very advantageous to your expectations and experiences. This will allow you to move in step with the space or situation around you, we call this rhythm. We call this dancing, singing, playing an instrument, special handshakes, coordination, etc. It is a vital skill to have to Create flow in your life. Because this awareness is of the 4th dimension, it is moreso felt then it is sensed (I know “feeling” is a sense” but let me explain). When you see someone do a dance, until you do the dance yourself, you do not know how it feels to move like that through time. But once you do the dance, you can feel your body move through time as you perfect the timing of it. This is temporal awareness and is a different sensation than spatial because it is of another dimension, although they work hand in hand.

In Conclusion
To know and understand your surroundings and see things moving in time, can help you understand how to navigate situations, plan ahead, and adjust your direction, which your brain and your mind are perfectly capable of doing on the fly if you give it the opportunity to do so.
Awareness expands your mind and allows you to experience more than an otherwise ignorant perspective would. To not be aware is to restrict your choices and your control over your life. The more aware you are, the more power you have, simply by, noticing. The power of judgement, empathy, and your connection to the world around you increase significantly giving your existence meaning and purpose. Take awareness seriously as it pertains to the situations you encounter in life and you will feel New because of it. “Even those who are poor, you can pay attention.”

Side and Theoretical Note:
Action in one dimension will create another. The dimensions that comprise space create one another and build on itself. Lets start with the concept that thoughts, ideas, or forms have zero dimensions (which would give someone saying “that’s a great point” some scientific validity). Everything we see around us is an idea, growing and expanding on itself through space and time and whatever else there is. This also mechanically aligns with the widely accepted Big Bang theory that states the universe began from a singular point and then started expanding. Just thought that was a cool thought to explore.
